Mold Infested Basement in Northwest Spokane

The Before Photo shows a packed finished basement that is very musty smelling. This lack of adequate ventilation led to significant mold growths inside of the plywood paneling. Northwest Spokane is prone to condensation issue because of temperature fluctuations. Though we strive to restore before we replace building elements, there was no option to a complete demolition of the walls. We deployed air scrubbers and HEPA vacuums to prevent the dirt, dust, mold spores, and debris from contaminating the upstairs area. We also stripped off the vinyl floor tiles and then fogged the entire space with antifungal and antimicrobial products to sanitize, reduce the chance of future infestations, and deodorize the basement.
