Our basement floor drain recently backed up and flooded our newly finished basement, causing extensive damage. We immediatly called a plumber who came out and identified the issue (sewer blockage) and then called our insurance agent to report the damage. Our insurance agent strongly recommended we call SERVPRO of Northwest Spokane and have them come out immediately to clean up the mess and to asses the damage. As it was after 10 o'clock on a Saturday night, we were very surprised when the owner Steve answered our call, answered our questions and promised to have a crew out to our home in under an hour. SERVPRO of Northwest Spokane took care of everything from that point on from the clean up of our basement and possessions to basically having to re-do our entire basement-they even worked with our insurance so we didn't have to deal with that part either! Packed them up nicely and made sure they were dry, cleaned and wrapped when they were returned. Dried my house and made all the needed repairs.
